Built on a well-known theory

The GonGrow Personality Type assessment is inspired by Carl Jung’s theory of psychological type — the same four preference pairs that the MBTI® framework is built on: where you focus your energy (Extraversion or Introversion), how you take in information (Sensing or Intuition), how you make decisions (Thinking or Feeling) and how you approach the outside world (Judging or Perceiving). Together they form one of 16 types. This is GonGrow’s own independent assessment; MBTI and Myers-Briggs are registered trademarks of The Myers-Briggs Company, and GonGrow is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Before you begin — please read

It is only as good as your answers. Answer honestly, based on how you really behave — not how you think you should behave, or how you would like to be seen.

It is not 100% accurate. No questionnaire can fully capture a person. Treat your results as a starting point for reflection, not a final verdict.

It does not judge who you are. This is a tool to help you understand yourself and others. There are no good or bad profiles, and it says nothing about your intelligence, values or worth.
