This notice explains how GonGrow handles your personal data when you take a GonGrow assessment (the Psychometric Assessment based on DISC and the Personality Type assessment).
Who we are
GonGrow (gongrow.co.uk), United Kingdom, is responsible for your personal data in these assessments. You can contact us at Contact@gongrow.co.uk.
What we collect
Your name, email address, gender and chosen report language; your answers and results; the date and your approximate country (from your internet connection).
To keep the service secure we also keep short-lived verification codes and security records, such as how many requests come from an IP address.
Why we use it
To verify your email, calculate and show your results, and email your PDF report when you ask for it — this is the service you request, based on your consent.
To prevent abuse and keep the service secure, and to produce anonymous statistics that help us improve the assessments — our legitimate interests.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We only contact you about coaching if you contact us first, for example by booking a debrief.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare (hosting, database and PDF generation) and Resend (email delivery). They may process data outside the UK, protected by appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Results and reports are deleted automatically 24 months after you take the assessment. Verification codes and sessions are deleted within 24 hours. You can delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, to receive a copy (data portability) and to withdraw your consent at any time.
Use the “Manage my data” link in your report email or on your results page, or email Contact@gongrow.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
